Entry period: Begins when this form is made available September 24, 2026 and ends October 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Submit this form with your name and valid email during the period. Limit one entry per person. No purchase, payment, Facebook membership, comment, share, tag, or marketing email subscription is required. A purchase or subscription does not improve your odds. Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified.
Prize: One winner receives six months of HWF Record Club promotional membership with full member benefits and three in-stock vinyl titles of their choice from HWF’s store. Art pressings are excluded; all other in-stock vinyl titles qualify. Titles are chosen from inventory available when the winner responds; if a selection sells out, choose another eligible title. HWF pays U.S. shipping. For a new member, the six months begin October 2026. For a current subscriber, they begin after the current subscription ends. The promotional term ends after six months without automatic renewal or payment. No cash alternative or transfer. Approximate retail value: $306, based on the current $186 six-month plan plus three typical $40 records; actual value varies with the winner’s choices. Winner handles applicable taxes.
Drawing: One eligible entry will be selected at random October 5, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. HWF will email the potential winner at the submitted address after the drawing. They have 72 hours after that email to respond with a U.S. shipping address and three eligible title choices. If they do not respond or are ineligible, HWF may draw an alternate.
Privacy and platform: Entry information is used to run the drawing and contact the potential winner. Only entrants who separately check the optional marketing box are subscribed to HWF email updates; they may unsubscribe.
